Our group Offer Agent Service to Ningbo Xinle Shipbuilding Group Co., Ltd. for 4 X 950TEU Container Ships

On January 7, our group successfully signed the pre- agency agreement for construction of four 950TEU Container Ships to Ningbo Xinle Shipbuilding Group Co., Ltd. at YZJ Shipping Company in Shanghai. Mr. Zhang Tao, the Deputy General Manager of our group and Mr. Zhang Xin, the Deputy General Manager of Ningbo Xinle Shipbuilding Group Co., Ltd. signed the agreement on behalf of both parties. Mr. Ren Yuanlin, the Honorary Chairman of our group, Mr. Liu Wenzhong, the General Manager of Ningbo Xinle Shipbuilding Group Co., Ltd.., Mr. Qian Jun, the General Manager of YZJ Shipping Company, Mr. Xu Weiguo, the Director of Finance Leasing Department of YZJ Shipping Leasing Centerand Mr. Sun Jianping, the Chairman of Huayuan Shipping Company etc. jointly witnessed the signing.

It is the first cooperation between our group and Xinle Shipbuilding to issue a Letter of Guarantee for Xinle Shipbuilding as the Shipping agent. The two sides will take this opportunity to deepen exchanges, explore deeper, wide-ranging and high-quality cooperation so as to push bilateral development to a new level.
