Phase 3 Power Camp for Newly Hired Cadres of Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Group Completed Successfully

Recently, the graduation ceremony of Phase 3 Power Camp for Newly Hired Cadres of Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Group was held in the Multi-functional Hall of the New Yangzi Office Building. The program lasted for 7 months, and 36 newly-recruited management cadres at the assistant section chief level in the past two years participated in the training.

The camp was launched in May this year and ended in December, during which four modules of "online warm-up, thematic courses, games and action learning" were arranged.

At the completion ceremony, six study groups with the form of speech report, around their work in the difficult problems, the use of training learning, group co-creation of solutions to their respective research topics for the completion of the report. Through this systematic theoretical learning, exchange and seminar training, the trainees maintain loyalty to the company's beliefs more firmly, the work to maintain the power to forge ahead more strongly, to maintain self-cultivation of the willingness to be more intense.
