Two(2) ships Delivered by Yangzi Xinfu

【1】Delivery of the 6th 208000 DWT Bulk Carrier chartered by BOC

On August 6th, the 6th 208000 DWT Bulk Carrier "CL Guilin" built by Jiangsu Yangzi Xinfu Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. for BOC leasing was successfully delivered . Mr. Xiong Jianfeng, General Manager of BOC Leasing Shipping Division, Mr. Du Chengzhong and Mr. Zhang Tao, Deputy General Managers of the Group, signed the delivery documents on behalf of each party respectively In the witness of Mr. Ren Letian, Chairman of the Group, Mr. Liu Yuguan and Mr. Zhang Jia, Deputy General Managers of the Ship Leasing Division of BOC. 

Mr. Xiong Jianfeng, General Manager of the Ship Leasing Division of Bank of China, Mr. Liu Sicheng, Managing Director of Qingdao Ocean Hualin International Ship Management Co., Ltd., other guests and crew representatives etc pay a visit on board with the company of Mr. Du Chengzhong, Deputy General Manager of the Group. 

【2】Delivery of the 2nd COSTAMARE 12690TEU Container Ship

After the first ship was delivered on July 24th, the second 12690TEU Container Ship "YM trust" built by our group for Greek Shipowner COSTAMARE was successfully delivered on August 7th in the witness of Mr. Liang Miao, Chief Engineer of Shipping Leasing Department of BOCOM Leasing Company, Mr. Xu Xin, Senior Manager of Shipping Leasing Department, Mr. Panos christidis, Chief Operationg Officerof WATERMARK Shipbuilding Supervision Company, Ms. Zhang Lin, Shipowner’s lawyer, Mr. Du Chengzhong and Mr. Zhang Tao, Deputy General Managers of the Group and Mr. Ji Hongfei, Deputy General Manager of Jiangsu New Yangtzi Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.
