At 8:58a.m. of April 8, Godmother Chen Zhaodi, Mr Qin Rongyu, Technical Manager, Mr. Dong Bin, Machinery Director at ship technology department of Baosteel shipping, Mr. Ma Tianyi,surveyor of China Classification Society, Mr. Kong Zheng, Director of shipSupervision Department of Shanghai Shuangxi Maritime Development Co., Ltd. with site team, Mr. Song Shuming, Deputy General Manager of our Group and othercompany leaders attended the christening ceremony. Godmother Chen Zhaodi christened the new ship by cutting the line praying for its maiden voyage. “BAOHANG56” is the first ship built by our group for Shanghai Baosteel Shipping Co.,Ltd. During the construction process, the shipowner, classification society,supervision team and shipyard worked together to overcome difficulties such aspower restriction and COVID-19, and completed the constructionof the ship with high quality in only 9 months, which fully reflects YZJ speed.

It adoptsthe latest design and belongs to the latest generation of green ships. Comparedwith the same type, the fuel consumption is lower and loading capacity islarger.
