At 9:00a.m. of May 13, Jiangsu Yangzi-Mitsui Shipping Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of our Group,successfully delivered 82000DWT Bulk Carrier ("PROTECTOR ", under theflag of Libera) to Greek Shipowner. It has a total length of 229.00m, a length betweenperpendiculars of 225.29m, a breath of 32.26m, a depth of 20.00 m, a design draftof 12.20 m, a scantling draft of 14.45 m and classified into LR.

At 12:30noon of May 14, MV "protector" set sail for its maiden voyage.
