YZJ delivers the first 11800teu container ship to Seaspan

On the afternoon of June 22, "ONEPARANA" left the dock of the shipyard, and started its maiden voyageafter completion and delivery.The ship is the first 11800 TEUcontainer ship built by Yangzi Xinfu Shipbuilding for theowner Seaspan. 

This batch of 11800 TEU ultra-largecontainer ship projects built for the owner Seaspan has a total of 6ships, all of which will be completed by Yangzi Xinfu Shipbuilding. This typeof ship has a total length of 330m, a width of 48.2m, a depth of27.2m, a design draft of 13.0m and a structural draft of 16.0m. It isregistered into LR classification society.

On the morning of June 17, "ONE PARANA"were christened in Taicang factory the same day together with "ONE MAGDALENA" of the same batch. On June 21, 2022, the online Delivery Ceremony of "ONE PARANA was held betweenianSeaspan and our Group. The ship was delivered 40 days ahead ofcontractual delivery time.It is worth mentioning that this project isunderwritten by Sinosure and adopts the world's first ECA+ daily tax leasefinancing structure. Sinosure and the syndicate have made concerted efforts toobtain a higher financing ratio with a lower financing cost for the shippers.All parties have realized the efficient implementation of the project withinnovative thinking and professional spirit.
