The second 66000DWT bulk carrier built by Yangzi Mitsui for MEGHNA was delivered and left the yard

On January 17, at 9:10 a.m., the second 66000DWT bulk carrier "MEGHNA PRESTIGE" (under the Bangladesh flag) built byour group, Yangzi Mitsui Shipbuilding(YAMIC), for the Bangladesh ship owner MEGHNA, was successfully delivered.

"MEGHNA PRESTIGE" marks the first new shipdelivered by YAMIC in 2023. The ship's construction began in May 2022 and was completed and delivered in just eight months, thanks to the collaborative efforts of the shipowner's representative, on-site supervision group,classification society, shipyard, and other parties involved. As the new yearbegins, YAMIC embarks on a new journey.On the afternoon of the 19th,"MEGHNA PRESTIGE" set sail to Hong Kong for the maiden voyage.
