Delivery and Departure of 40000 DWT Bulk Carrier "APPIA" built for the shipowner Evaland

At noon on August 23, the 40000 DWT bulk carrier "APPIA" built by our group's New Yangzi Shipbuilding for the Greek Shipowner Evalend was delivered and departed from the shipyard wharf for operation. 

The 40000 DWT bulk carrier "APPIA" is the fourth and final vessel in a series of four vessels built by our group for Evalend. The vessel was built by New Yangzi Shipbuilding, adopting the latest generation of green dolphin design of Shanghai Ship Research and Design Institute. It measures 176.97 meters in length overall, 31.99 meters in moulded breadth, 15 meters in moulded depth, and has a maximum draft of 10.8 meters.

In the afternoon of August 22, the representative of Evalend Mr. N. Karakostas and Mr. Du Chengzhong, Deputy General Manager of our Group and General Manager of New Yangzi Shipbuilding, signed the delivery documents of "APPIA" on behalf of their respective parties.
