On September 23rd,Mr. Murakami, Director and Executive Deputy General Manager of Changshi Group(Zhoushan) Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., Mr. Tomoko Ichiro, Director and WorkshopDirector Changshi Group (Zhoushan) Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. and Mr. Bai Xueshan,Director of Changshi Group (Zhoushan) Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. came to our group tovisit and exchange. Zhang Hongfei, Deputy Chairman of our group, Song Shuming,Du Chengzhong, Zhou Kewei, Deputy General Managers of our group and othercompany leaders attended the reception and participated in communication.

During theconference, the two sides briefly introduced the current development status andproduct characteristics of their respective enterprises, and proposed that theyhoped to share and learn more deeply about product research and development,production management, intelligent manufacturing, material procurement, costcontrol, safety management and other topics. Through this exchange, both parties have reachedan agreement that they will adhere to the concept of openness, innovation,cooperation and inclusiveness,, base on the actual development of the company, accurately promote self-analysis, send employees tothe factory for in-depth benchmarking learning and exchange, resource sharing, complementaryadvantages, experience mutual learning, and open a new chapter of cooperationand development between the two sides.

After the meeting,Song Shuming, Deputy General Manager of our Group, accompanied the guests tovisit the production sites of New Yangzi Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. and YangziXinfu Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.
