Our group signed a towing service agreement with Provincial Port Group for six 24000TEU container ships.

On November 17th, our group signed a towing agreement for six24000TEU container ships with Jiangsu Haifu Technology Development Co., Ltd., asubsidiary of Provincial and Port Group. Both parties made an agreement on theoperation contents, rights and obligations.

According to the production plan, the first of the group's firstbatch of 24000TEU container ships will be towed from Yangzi Xinfu Wharf to Yangzijiang Mitsui Wharf in mid-December, and the superstructure and chimneyrefitting will be carried out.

Since our strategic partnership with Jiangsu Port Group wasdefined last year, there have been new cooperation in water transportation andport services. The signing of the towing service agreement for six 24000TEUcontainer ships represents a new leap in strategic cooperation between the twosides.
