The largest container ship in the history of the Group, the first 15000TEU container ship was delivered .

The first 15000TEU container ship "ONE FREEDOM" builtby NYZ Shipyard for SEASPAN was delivered and started its maiden voyage. Thisship is the first of seven series of ships built by NYZ Shipyard for SEASPAN,and it is also the largest container ship built by NYZ Shipyard. The vessel wassteel-cut on September 16, 2021. During the construction period, the new shipwas delivered more than 100 days in advance, which was tested by manyunfavorable factors such as repeated epidemic situation, power and energylimitation, extreme high temperature and soaring raw materials. Mainparticulars of the vessel: total length of 366m, width of 51m, depth of 30.2m,design draft of 14.5m and scantling draft of 16.0m. As the largest containership passing the Yangtze River this year, its trial voyage in September wasreported by CCTV news broadcast.

Naming ceremony of the new ship was held in on October 10th. Ms.Chen Xiang named the new ship "ONE FREEDOM", cut the cable and threwchampagne for the new ship, sounded the whistle, wished the new ship a safevoyage, and brought honor and wealth to shipowners and renters. 

On October11th, Mr. Su Xiaohua, the project manager of SEASPAN, Mr. Du Chengzhong, deputygeneral manager of YZJ Shipbuilding Group, and Mr. Zhang Tao, deputy generalmanager of YZJ Shipbuilding Group signed the delivery documents on behalf ofall parties respectively.
