Yangzi Mitsui shipbuilding delivered the first 63200DWT bulk carrier named "DARYA SATYA"

On 1st March, the first 63200DWT bulk carrier "DARYA SATYA" (under Marshall Islands flag) developed and built by Yangzi Mitsui Shipbuilding for Chellship unmoored and left the shipyard, and was delivered to the shipowner for operation, and started its maiden voyage.

On 29th February, Yangzi Mitsui Shipbuilding and Chellship, the ship owner, held a grand naming and delivery ceremony for the new vessel. Mrs Shreenidhi Dongre, the godmother, and Mr. Deepak Dongre, the representative of Chellship, performed a traditional Indian blessing ceremony for the new vessel, blessing the new vessel with the protection of Ganesha, the elephant-headed god, and Varuna, the god of Indian water. 

The Godmother, Mrs. Shreenidhi Dongre, named the vessel "DARYA SATYA" and threw champagne. She blessed the new vessel and the crew with a safe voyage, bringing honor and prosperity to the owner.

"DARYA SATYA" is classed by DNV and the construction period is about 10 months. On 29 th February, under the joint witness of representatives of all parties, Mr. Deepak Dongre, Mr. Song Shuming, and Mr. Junichi Ueyama signed the delivery documents of "DARYA SATYA" on behalf of all parties respectively.
