Delivery and Departure of the Fourth 1260TEU Methanol Dual Fuel Container Vessel "ECO ZEPHYR"

In the afternoon of September 10, the 1260TEU methanol dual fuel container vessel "ECO ZEPHYR" built by our group for Singapore ship owner X-PRESS FEEDERS was delivered and departed from the wharf.

On September 5, our group and X-Press Feeders jointly held a grand naming and delivery ceremony for the new vessel. Ms. Sharon Wong named the new vessel "ECO ZEPHYR". Under the witness of representatives from all parties, Mr. Shmuel Yoskovitz, CEO of X-Press Feeders, and Mr. Yang Xueyan, Assistant General Manager of our Group and General Manager of Yangzi Xinfu, signed the "ECO ZEPHYR" delivery documents on behalf of both parties.

With the delivery and departure of "ECO ZEPHYR" , the project of four 1260TEU methanol dual fuel container vessels built by our group for Singapore X-PRESS FEEDERS was successfully concluded. The successful completion and operation of this batch of projects is an innovative practice by both the shipowner and the shipyard in the field of green shipping, which will enable both parties to gain unique competitive advantages in their respective industry markets. On this basis, both parties hope to continue deepening exchanges and cooperation and leveraging their respective advantages. They stated that they would continue to improve the research, development and application of methanol powered type vessels and make more positive contributions to the continuous transition to net zero emissions in shipping decarbonization.
