Project Conclusion| Delivery and Departure of the Ninth 16000TEU Container Vessel" MSC SIMONA"

In the afternoon of August 31, the ninth 16000TEU container vessel "MSC SIMONA" built by Yangzi Xinfu Shipbuilding of our group for the shipowners SEAPAN and MSC was delivered and departed from the wharf to be operated by the MSC fleet.

On August 26, our group and the ship owner jointly held a naming and praying ceremony for the new vessel. The Godmother, Ms. Janine Vils, named the new vessel "MSC SIMONA" and signed her name on the picture frame of the new vessel together with the captain.

 On August 29, all parties signed the delivery documents, and the vessel "MSC SIMONA" was delivered successfully.

With the smooth delivery of "MSC SIMONA", it marks the successful conclusion of the construction of nine 16000TEU conventional fuel container vessels for SEAPAN and MSC shipowners built by Yangzi Xinfu Shipbuilding of our group. In addition, the project for 12 units of 16000TEU dual fuel container vessels for MSC shipowner is under the orderly construction in Yangzi Xinfu Shipbuilding. Through continuously deepening cooperation, both parties will continue to leverage their respective advantages and experience, and work together to promote the prosperity and development of the shipping industry.
