On 12th April 2014, Human Resource Department organized the first youth cadre training class. 47 youth cadres want to the training base to participate in this outdoor development training.

A troop can success but also can be a total loss just like a piece of iron can be made into steel while can also be melted and wore. To improve the teamwork skills and make a high-qualified team, our group organized this training course.

The members arrived at 8am only to find that it is raining. However, the bad weather didn’t affect their spirits, they continued their training indoors. After warming up the coach started his lesson. He asked the members to divide themselves into several groups and choose their team name, team leader, team song and team LOGO. In a short time, “team zhanlang”, “team buer”, “team qifan” and “team xianfeng” come into being.

All the members were in high spirits. They learnt a lot through some simple games such as “we are the best”, “clap hands in 10 seconds”, “we are a family”. They has a ideal that we should shoulder our responsibilities, use flexible thinking and pay attention to methods. The followed game “survive the lonely island” told them that they should try to think on other’s side.

All members were hungry after such tiring morning, but they were told that only after “climb to the peak” can they have lunch. All guys tried their best to finish this task and finally get their lunch. Though there were merely two pieces of bread and a bottle of water, they enjoyed their lunch.

The subjects in the afternoon let them feel that success can’t be received in one day. The road towards success is a long, tiring and unceasingly transcending process. During the game of challenging the deadline of 5.4 seconds, our young cadres swore, hurt, they tried again and again and everyone cheered up when they saw their imagining 5.21 was recorded in the grade book. When it came to the last challenge, our young cadres were shocked to see the without any auxiliaries and supporting staff. They wondered that it may take about one and a half hour to climb over this 4.2-meter high wall. After a short discussion, everyone got his duties. With the guidance of the coach, they started the challenge, someone did fundamental preparations, and someone did some auxiliary work, and someone shoulder the responsibilities of protection. They took turns to do the tiring jobs. There was only one spirit in their minds that all the members should climb over it! During the process, never a complaint was heard even though someone got hurt. Just because of that spirit, can they persist and create a new record that 47 people climb over the wall within 16 minutes.

After one-day training, each team was equally matched and had their own characteristics. The purpose of the outward bound is to let the young cadres gain something instead of caring about the competition results.

Connection: quality training is a kind of comprehensive quality-oriented education which combines physical training and practice. Compared with the traditional training courses, it pays more attention to the feelings during the exercising while paying less attention to the infusion and moralism. Quality training is a experience-type studying, and most of its courses are arranged outside and a series of exciting settings are set up, which allow participants to learn and solve problems initiatively. During their experiencing time, their mentality is challenged, their thoughts are motivated, they learn to recognize and reposition in specified conditions.
