At 8 am 16th August, the Human Resource Department of Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Company Ltd. held the exchange meeting of sharing the one-month working feelings for 2014 graduates. The purpose is to help the new comers to get familiar with the enterprise, to melt into their jobs and complete the transform from students to professionals. The following leaders attended this meeting, they are Mr. Zhang Hongfei assistance of general manager, Mr. Xuwen vice-minister of Human Resource Department, Mr. Bao Xinyan chief of Human Resource Department, people in charge of human resources and etc.
In the meeting, all new comers shared their feelings, showed their attitudes and determinations that they will devote to their duties and face the difficulties. They expressed their love for the job by saying “My master is the Prince of boiler!” and their confidence by saying that “I hope I can learn more by oiling the machine.” President Zhang expressed his delight after hearing these feelings and pointed that everyone has changed and gained. He also stressed that whichever position you are in, you should have a right attitude and try to improve yourself in accordance with the company’s training plan and your own development plan. He hoped that all the new comers can treasure the chance and produce a win-win result for both yourself and the company.
At the end of the meeting, President Zhang encouraged all the members to read more, learn more. He introduces a book find hope in desperate written by Mr. Yu Minhong. He wished the new members never giving up and keep improving their comprehensive abilities to make contributions to the company.
