The 7th 208000DWT Bulk Carrier in this series built for China Bank Leasing was Named and Delivered

On the morning of September 21st, another 208000DWT bulk carrier built by our group for CDB Leasing was successfully named. Ms. Feng Qian, Chief Financial Officer of China Bank of CDB Leasing hosted the Ceremony. Mr. Wang Xuedong, Chairman of CDB Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., Mr. Xiong Jianfeng, General Manager of the Shipping Business Department of CDB Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., and Mr. Zhu Jianzhang, Assistant Director of the 708 Research Institute and Director of the Civil Shipping Department, Mr. Zhang Dongbiao, Deputy General Manager of China Classification Society (CCS) Jiangsu Branch, Mr. Steve Nola, Technical Director of SMC, Mr. Ren Yuanlin, Honorary Chairman of our Group, Mr. Ren Letian, Chairman of the Group, Mr. Du Chengzhong, Deputy General Manager, and Mr. Zhang Tao, Deputy General Manager of our Group and other relevant leaders and guests attended the ceremony.

MV "CL LIUZHOU" (State Bank of Liuzhou) was named by lady sponsor Feng Qian, who blessed the new ship in the future voyage, braving the wind and waves, a safe start and bringing lucky and wealth to the ship owner by traditional breaking of a champagne bottle. It is expected that the maturing second generation of this batch "M.Whale" Newcastle largest bulk carriers can bring more efficient and economically valuable services to the company and customers.

During the construction of the project, it faced the challenge of the global epidemic. The arrival of project construction personnel, key production nodes, material arrivals, and sea trials were all affected to varying degrees. Yangzi Xinfu worked hard together with the subsidiaries of the group to plan and implement the production guarantee nodes in an overall manner, invest in high-quality technology, management and construction capabilities. Under the full support of CDB Leasing Shipowner, SMC on-site supervision team, CCS classification society, suppliers, service engineers and other parties, we ensured that the ship was delivered with good quality and on time.

The leaders and guests attending the ceremony visited the new ship and communicated with the crew in the company of the First captain of the "CL LIUZHOU" (State Bank of Liuzhou). The banner of "Building first-class ships to achieve the foundation of shipowners" was delivered by Mr. Liu Sicheng, General Manager of Qingdao Sino-Ocean Hualin Company, to the hand of Mr. Ren Letian, the Chairman of our Group.

The seventh vessel in this series of ten. It is 299.95 meters long, 294.4 meters length between the two columns , 50 meters wide, 18.4 meters structural draft and 14.5 knots design speed. The EEDI meets the requirements of the second stage, and the emission of the main engine meets the requirements of Tier III. It has better seaworthiness. With the accumulation of experience, new types of ship have been further optimized in terms of fuel economy, lightweight structure, wind resistance optimization, wave resistance increase control, and ice zone structure design, which can provide ship owners with customized green and environmentally friendly ship types.

The ship "LIUZHOU" (National Bank of Liuzhou) was successfully delivered.
