Delivery of the third 66000DWT bulk carrier built byYAMIC for the Bangladesh shipowner

At 8:00 a.m. on March 24, the third 66000DWT bulkcarrier named "MEGHNA HOPE" (registered under the flag of Bangladesh)was successfully built and delivered by Yangzi Mitsui Shipbuilding Co.,Ltd.(YAMIC), to the Bangladesh shipowner, MEGHNA. The ship gracefully departedfrom the shipyard wharf, embarking on its maiden voyage after delivery.

The "MEGHNA HOPE" boasts impressivespecifications, with a total length of 199.99 meters, a length of 192.90 metersbetween perpendiculars, a molded width of 36.00 meters, a molded depth of 18.45meters, a design draft of 11.20 meters, and a scantling draft of 12.92 meters.It has been classified by LR Classification Society.
