Naming and delivery of 24000TEU, the largest container ship ever built by our Group

On March 9, Yangzi Xinfu Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., asubsidiary of our group, named and delivered the first 24000TEU super largecontainer ship built for Bank of Communications Leasing and Mediterranean Shipping (MSC).

The 24000TEU super large container ship is thelargest ever built by our group, with the highest container carrying capacity.It was customized, researched, developed, and constructed based on the specificoperational requirements of the customers. The actual container carryingcapacity of the ship is 24346TEU. Currently, our company has six containerships of this type in its possession, all of which are built by Yangzi Xinfu Shipbuilding.They are manufactured in three batches using the same dock and double-tracksystem. The first ship of the first batch was named and delivered in thisinstance.

On the morning of March 9, Ms. Cui Jiamei named thenew ship "MSC IRINA," cut the cable for the vessel, broke a champagnebottle, and sounded the ship's whistle. Mr. CH Giuseppe Gargiulo and Ms. CuiJiamei sent well wishes to the new ship, hoping for a successful and safejourney, a smooth voyage, a secure return, and abundant cargo, bringing honorand prosperity to all parties involved. On March 9, the "MSC IRINA"completed the delivery process through electrical signature. The maiden voyageof the ship is scheduled to commence in the afternoon of March 11.
