15000 TEU Container Vessel"ONE FRIENDSHIP"was delivered and departured shipyard

On the afternoon of April 26, the second 15,000 TEU container ship named "ONE FRIENDSHIP," constructed by New Yangzi Shipyard for SEAPAN, was successfully delivered and departed from NYZ for its maiden voyage. 

This vessel is the second of the seven15,000 TEU series ships built by New Yangzi Shipyard for SEAPAN and representsthe largest container ship ever constructed by our shipyard. Prior to thedelivery, a grand naming ceremony was held on April 24, where Ms. Manita Handabestowed the name "ONE FRIENDSHIP" upon the ship and conducted thetraditional rituals of cutting cables and christening with champagne. On April25, the shipowner and shipyard representative respectively signed the delivery documents, formalizing the completion of the shipbuilding process.
